What types of watches do you service?
We specialize in Rolex, Breitling, Omega, and TAG Heuer. We also accept a limited number of high-end vintage wrist and pocket watch restoration projects.
What does a complete service include?
Full disassembly, cleaning, inspection, reassembly, lubrication, calibration, minor movement and case parts, replacement of seals and gaskets, refinishing, water resistance testing with printed report, automatic simulator testing, and a 27-month warranty.
How long does service take?
Typical turnaround is approximately 3–5 weeks, depending on condition and parts availability.
What does service cost?
Most automatic watches are $745. Most chronographs are $945. Vintage and pocket watch service starts at $595.
Will I receive an estimate?
Most services are completed at the listed pricing. If significant issues are found, you will be contacted before proceeding.
How are parts handled?
Parts are replaced as required using appropriate components to ensure proper function and long-term performance.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. All complete services include a 27-month warranty. If a watch returns after the warranty period with a minor issue related to our service, we will take care of it.
Do you service all watches?
No. We focus on high-end watch service and restoration. We reserve the right to refuse service based on condition, parts availability, or feasibility of repair.
Do you service vintage or pocket watches?
Yes, on a limited basis. Vintage and antique watches require evaluation prior to service. Please contact us with details before sending.
Do you repair counterfeit or replica watches?
No. We do not service counterfeit or replica watches under any circumstances.
